What is art therapy?

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy and is normally practised by a professional Art Therapist with a Master degree from an approved University. Through the use of creative processes—like drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage—art therapy offers a way for people to express themselves and explore their emotions.

Art can be a powerful tool in recovering from mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression or trauma related symptoms or navigating challenges associated with diagnosis such as ADHD or Autism.

My services

Art Therapy for children
It is commonly understood that children can struggle to express their feelings through words. As an art therapist with extensive knowledge and experience working with children, I understand how to foster a safe and nurturing environment in which your child can explore their feelings, thoughts and experiences through creative means.

Wether your child is struggeling with anxieties, behavioural issues, emotional challenges, trauma related symptoms or just need a healthy outlet for self-expression, art therapy and play can make them feel seen, heard and understood

Art Therapy for teenagers and young adults

The teenage years can be overwhelming—filled with big emotions, changing identities, and silent struggles that aren't always easy to talk about.

Art therapy can offer a safe, non-judgmental space where teens can express themselves freely through creativity.

Art becomes a powerful tool for self-discovery, emotional regulation, and building confidence—all without needing to find the “right” words.

Art therapy for adults
Life can be demanding, and at times, words just aren’t enough. Art therapy can be the right fit for you if you are seeking a meaningful way to process emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to be an artist—just open to exploring your inner world through creativity.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, or major life changes, I will provide a safe, supportive space where art becomes a pathway to healing and insight.

This is your space to breathe, create, and grow.
